I find the CES (ear-clips only) treatment is better for those with generalised FM pain whereas the Alpha-Stim M which has CES and MET (probes and sticky AS-trodes) treatment is better for those with regional type pain. Which probably explains the lower pain score in the study than I find in my clinic.
